Our training courses are aimed at businesses who want to learn some of the tricks of the trade to generate some free publicity.

The day-long seminar covers the core aspects of running a PR campaign and a journalist joins the final session so you can practise selling in your story to the media.

There are four sessions:

- Preparing a press release

- Placing your story with the media
